Sanchit has a well-established Program Management model that is tailored to each client engagement. Included in all SAP implementation projects, Sanchit supports Program Management as a stand-alone, independent offering that may also involve systems other than SAP.
Project management is a constant, integrated activity throughout the project with primary focuses of managing the project, ensuring key project milestones, risk mitigation and meeting objectives. Additionally, change management and risk mitigation activities will be performed throughout the life of the project. Sanchit's project management approach utilizes proven techniques and tools like ASAP, and combines these processes with Sanchit's knowledge and experience, in order to avoid potential pitfalls, maximize contributions of team members, and partner for a successful project. All SAP R/3 implementations require focused effort concentrating on bringing about change within the organization. This focused effort is necessary to fully leverage the robust capabilities of the SAP packages.
Sanchit's Program Management methodology includes a QA process conducted by senior level personnel, who are not directly associated with the project -- using a well-defined, disciplined process based on a standard outline. The process is structured to identify project issues and concerns that require attention or corrective actions, and a follow-up process to insure appropriate resolution. The QA process also includes a direct customer feedback element to allow the client to comment on project progress or related concerns throughout the project life in a manner that provides for the implementation of timely corrective actions.
